The farm
holiday estate Fattoria La Sciolta is
made of the original farmhouse,
the big private indipendent villa and
two smaller houses /cottages all
surrounded by the green hills
of Tuscany and the typical
Chianti countryside with
the spectacular view of olive trees,
vineyards and age - old plants. The three
villas can be rented separately – weekly
rental from Saturday to Saturday
or B&B, according
to the season - or it is possible
to rent the whole farm together with
the two pools.
The
farm produces biologic
extra virgin olive oil made
with cold – press strictly
following the genuine Tuscan tradition.

San
Bartolo is a tourist complex made up
of four apartments and a hayloft,
restored with great care and taste,
immersed in the classic landscape
of the Chianti, in the heart of
Tuscany. All the apartments are comfortable
and well-equipped. Two of these have
been made from an old tower house
inside the medieval walls that
surround the old village of Barberino
Val d'Elsa.
The complex has an equipped courtyard
with space for the apartments, the
hayloft and a beautiful pool in a fine
positon overlooking the surrounding
countryside.
San Bartolo is also only 18 km far
from S. Gimignano, 35 km from Florence,
40 km from Siena, 45 km from Volterra.

Silvestro farmhouse lies on a hill
top, 485 m. above sea level, in the
Chianti Classico area, in the heart
of Tuscany, between Florence and Siena.
Our farmhouse is an ideal location
for your holiday in Tuscany and for
visiting famous art cities such as
Florence, Siena, Lucca, San Giminiano,

country villages of the famous Chianti
